Passion for flooring
Fred Roxo grew up in a hardworking Portuguese family in Ludlow, Massachusetts. After moving to Florida to attend Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, he earned his degree in 1993 for Aircraft maintenance and worked for 3 years for a local Aircraft Maintenance company.
His interest in wood began when a family friend asked him to help him install wood floors, it was then that Fred discovered his enthusiasm for the transformation and beauty real wood floors bring to a home.
Our home transformation to yours
After buying his first home in Port Orange, Florida for his growing family, Fred Roxo became motivated to transform his home. He began practicing and installed wood floors in every room! He was inspired to experiment with designs that included beautiful borders, medallions, herringbone patterns and much more with many exotic woods. As time passed, his love of wood floors empowered him to start sanding and refinishing historic and antique floors to their original beauty.
Inspired by nature
Alongside a traditional flooring education from the National Wood Flooring Association, Triangle Pacific Flooring, and Bona, Fred Roxo takes inspiration from the colors and features of the natural world. His family joins him now in offering flooring for comparable prices from the big box stores along with professional consultation for informed choices.
